Christiana Ukpong – Helping Women Rediscover Themselves Beyond Motherhood
Christiana Ukpong is a certified personal development and transformational coach dedicated to empowering women—especially mothers—to break free from limitations and step into a life of confidence, clarity, and purpose.With a background in science and clinical research, Christiana spent years working as a clinical scientist before choosing to prioritize her family in 2018. But stepping away from her career didn’t mean stepping away from her purpose.As a fashion entrepreneur, she discovered the power of creativity in personal growth and community building, blending her strategic mindset with her passion for transformation.A dynamic speaker and writer, Christiana is the author of From Stuck to Sparkle—a powerful guide that helps mothers break free from stagnation and embrace fulfillment. She is also the founder of Refined Girls, a mentorship platform dedicated to shaping and inspiring teenage girls.Through Femvenza, she has created a space where women—young and mature—can thrive, engage in meaningful conversations, and receive coaching, resources, and support tailored to their unique journeys.Christiana is married to Engr. Emediong Ukpong, and together, they are blessed with three wonderful children.
